We’ve included great wines that showcase expressive flavours and will be your ultimate dinner party accompaniments. Discover delicious organic wines that are better for you!
1 bottle of a refreshing and unmistakably German Riesling ‘Beetle’ from Weingut zur Romerkelter based in Mosel. It is a good quality Riesling without too much weight, but with its unmistakable acidity and pleasant minerality. Lower in alcohol, this wine is perfect very well chilled and served as an aperitif. It will also match to Asian-inspired starters or light mains.
1 bottle of incredibly full bodied and rich Gaba Do Xil Godello from Valdeorras, Spain. This organic white wine is really deep – it has rich fruit, good acidity to balance its richness and also a very generous mouthfeel. Pair it with rich white meat dishes and fish courses served with richer sauces.
1 bottle of Walnut Block ‘Nutcracker’ Pinot Noir 2013, New Zealand. This richer in style and riper Pinot is definitely worth every penny. It was also one of the Best Pinot Noir in the latest Decanter review and only one fully certified organic.
1 bottle of Fruit Sauvage from Vacqueyras AOC in the Rhone Valley, France. A powerful liquorice-scented red wine from a top appellation. Spicy Syrah delivers abundant fruits and a weighty palate that carries the flavour for what seems like an eternity. Will age magnificently. Still young now, just starting to develop stone fruit and loads of spice.
1 bottle of richer and juicier Syrah Mourvedre from Chile ‘Las Ninas’. It is straightforward and really easy to drink classic French blend made on Chilean soils. Great value for money.
1 bottle of organic rose wine: ZE Rose 2014 from Pays d’Oc, South of France. It is a rose to match with your starters and will be able to cope with quite robust flavours as it is quite robust for a rose wine itself. It has bags of fruit and some pepper notes. It is dry and there is nothing sweet about it, match it with seafood dishes accompanies with mint, fruit and salad. A quality rose wine.
Enjoy these fantastic organic wines. Get more nutrients and antioxidants, but most importantly enjoy every drop!
