    I do not need a challenge to drink less, or indeed better quality wines. For me the challenge is to try something different. I tend to always stick with the same old same old. This is because I hate being disappointed. Thus my challenge will be to be a bit more daring and try new wines no matter what the outcome! I could after all be finding my new favourite 🙂

    I think a good approach is to try different wines by a favorite producer or different producers in a favorite appellation/grape variety.

    Many wine merchants have a few wines open for tasting which is a good opportunity to try something new, or that you might not normally go for.

    Hey Nick!
    Are you trying different merchants all the time or sticking with some you got to know over years and years?
    Also, is ‘different’ extending also to organic produce?
